-Incredibly TOXIC work culture. Passive aggressiveness must be a prerequisite for hiring! - Micromanaging from senior management is intense. They do none of their own work, but happily hover over yours. - Very little work-life balance. Be ready to lose sleep over your position. - Trouble/indifferences in prioritizing tasks which leads to tension. -High turnover rate!!! - Ratio of clients to staff is absurd and unmanageable. - "Competitive" environment had senior management point the finger at their team when something goes wrong. -Certain individuals at this company are manipulative and play teacher's pet for promotions.
