Pros
Company culture: people are always open to your input, there was a good effort to increase cross-sector work and bring different teams together. Plenty of opportunities for growth: you can move flexibly across projects and expand your knowledge in other technical areas. It's never boring!
Cons
International Development was a lot of work, that often spilled over my weekends and eveninigs. It's a very demanding job, which at the same time provides plenty of challenges and opportunities for growth. The company had to downsize significantly, due to federal cuts.
