      Pros

      There is mostly something to do to keep you busy and on your feet.

      Cons

      The work ethic of constantly having to do something even when there ISN'T anything to do is a little bit ridiculous. We also had a customer complain about the women not smiling enough and how it made the environment feel depressing. Maybe we're going through a personal problem and for management to literally email us about forcing a smile is annoying.

      Good hours (While I was there) Flexible schedule Nice pay

      Cons

      A lot of decisions were made not by management, but by higher ups at the company. Our stock was also decided on by some sort of computer algorithm, so we’d often have stuff in the back we couldn’t put on shelves without stuffing them. Overall, I think I got out just in time because former coworkers told me the hours got so bad that people were forced to go on food stamps.
