Pros
- the company helps you to get all the necessary documents to start working in Denmark. You don't need to worry about having the Social Security card, bank account, tax card etc. - no skills are required to start (just a driving licence and a mobile phone) - you work alone, no stupid bosses and managers - there's no hostility in teams; the company is organized in a way where your team-mates have an interest in helping you even if you don't know them
Cons
- 6 working days per week. The one day-off is practically just enough to recover. - Workdays start at 1:30 in the morning on weekdays and 00:30 on weekends and end somewhere between 7:00 and 14:00 depending on the number of papers you have to deliver. You are dead tired when you get home and sleep for the rest of the day so you can forget about your family or social life. - to deliver on time, you have to drive fast, climb stairs, run fast, sometimes in harsh weather conditions
