Working at a large FF, you have exposure and opportunity to move within a variety of functions that you would not elsewhere.
Cons
In the US, the acquisition of Bax Global and the subsequent failed integration spread its dysfunction through many of the branches and departments. Lack of communication and general sense of direction continues to permeate the environment leaving a less than pleasant workplace.
