Pros
Benefits were okay and I met a few strong personalities in lower management roles who had good ideas and strong integrity.
Cons
Tons of pushback when changes are suggested. Not taking necessary steps to train young entry level employees. When employees fail, no responsibility is taken by upper management. New workers are expected to be self-starters with little to no direction. In one instance, (which should be enough) manager allowed to over work and guilt her reports into not using vacations, focusing unhealthy workloads on specific employees that don't stand up for themselves, and emotionally manipulating them to protect their own position in the company. Technology isn't being used to bring their company up to speed with the competitors. Fired and provided no reason. Conversation lasted 3 minutes and was not allowed to check online system to verify leftover vacation pay, hours worked during the last pay period, etc... Personally dealt with multiple colleagues in tears because of their treatment at the hands of upper management.
