A Good place to work if you are placed in the right positions that is geared to your education background and work experience, skill set level strengths and abilities!
Cons
Poor Communication or in fact very little or none within the hierarchy of chain of command of Management & Leadership. very repetitive and sometimes tedious functional testing work. Advancement depends upon within there internal job transfers who you know and not what educational as well as work experience you know! To conclude they use a staffing company to hire Aerotek which takes you almost a 6 months to 1 year to consider if you will be hired on as full-time!
