Pros

It's a good company and has a great mission statement. The Denver office is new and still needs some direction.

Cons

HR is bias, and there is no diversity in the field.

Pros

The company is understanding when it comes to personal scheduling needs. If you need to leave early or adjust your hours, they'll work with you, which I genuinely appreciated. The holiday bonus was a nice touch, and they did thoughtful things for the women in the office on occasions like Ladies' Day, which was a nice gesture.

Cons

Lack of direction: I held multiple roles during my time here, and in each one there was very little guidance on expectations. I often had to figure things out on my own using conflicting information. Training was minimal and unfocused. Favoritism and cliques: Many employees are friends or family members, and that dynamic heavily influences the workplace. If you're not part of the inner circle, it doesn't matter how skilled you are it's very easy to end up on the outside. High turnover and job insecurity: During my year-plus at the company, I saw a significant number of people come and go. Many employees, myself included, felt uneasy about job security. I was eventually laid off, and I was told this kind of cycle wasn't unusual for the company. Unclear evaluation and raise process: Performance evaluations were inconsistent at best. I saw a coworker wait roughly eight months just to receive theirs. There was no clear process for raises or advancement.
