Pros

Flexible Schedule - I've been able to self-manage my time outside of the regular sales huddles. I feel the extra freedom was an initial shock that took a little getting used to. They pushed me to get more regimented with my time and gave advice to help hit my sales goals. Friendly Ownership - I've never felt in a tough place with anyone so far. We've had a really great relationship! Fast-Paced - I personally enjoy the speed of their work. It can be hectic with last-minute client requests, but I'm not directly involved in the fulfilment of productions so I don't get affected by it much. Growth - This company is growing! I've got to learn about strategy and sales processes needed during the "start-up" phase of a business. We also are always scoring some small to large win so it motivates me to stay involved and help the effort.

Cons

Structure - it can sometimes be a little tough to figure out what is next, with the leadership quickly changing their mind when something doesn't quite work in sales copy or processes. It's not really a con, as I think it is adaptive and smart to do this, but it makes me have to studder step a bit before delivering. Communication - We're all very busy so sometimes not all messages and vision get through. Not a ton of this affects me, but I do need to know the marketing strategy so I can better help nurture and close leads. It's not bad by any means, but could be improved. Expectations - The leadership is kind and caring but they are over performers and expect very high-quality work/execution. It's been why they have succeeded and can be tough to measure up to. I've gotten better at understanding how they work and how to meet their demands.

Pros

They are a very talented group, with a hunger to make things happen. Fun environment to be a part of, when you are included. Big clients to work with, and opportunity for exposure. Day to day is very laid back.

Cons

Young start-up company with communication issues between employees and management. Never knew where anyone was half of the time, and work direction was all over the place due to the fast-paced nature of the field. Besides work for clients, nothing in-house would ever be completed, but instead started and then forgotten about shortly after. Never received a contract, and hours were cut by 66% after 8 weeks due to performance issues.
