DCN Diagnostics Response
4yThank you for leaving a review. I apologize for taking a bit of time to respond to it.
First, I'd like to agree on a few points: there are a lot of wonderful people who work here, we compensate our team members well, and we do offer a lot of free food!
When looking at your list of cons, however, I see a lot of areas in which we can improve. The first is in advancement opportunities. I understand you feel as though they are out of employees' control. I can assure you that I recognize the good work of all our employees, and that every team member has the opportunity to grow within the organization. However, the truth is that DCN Dx is like like most organization: there simply aren't enough opportunities for every person that wants (or even deserves) them. I encourage employees to practice patience and understand that these moves don't happen overnight. We often make difficult decisions regarding individual professional opportunities. It may not always happen when it's most wanted, especially for new staff who often need more experience before they are capable of greater responsibility. But as we continue to grow, I’m confident in our professional development and advancement process.
Regarding turnover, employees who leave DCN Dx do so for a variety of reasons. It's not a one-size-fits-all answer, and we listen to feedback and suggestions to create a better employment experience all around. In terms of "sweeping things under the rug," I take pride in our transparency and courage in facing issues head-on. That said, it's something that I hope we continue to improve on and I take your insights seriously.
One of my goals at DCN Dx is that we not only hire top-tier professionals, but that we also make sure everyone feels part of something special. After all, our team members are critical to our success as a company—and an important extension of our clients’ successes. If we can boost morale and create a better work environment, we will all benefit from the ensuing success.
Again, thank you for your feedback.
