      Pros

      You might like working here if you don't care about making strong connections. If you go in, get you work done and leave type. If you don't require well thought training when you are new. If you don't mind that adequate support won't be there when you need it. If you don't care that you will be treated as a number.

      Cons

      You won't like working here if you need well designed training, if you want to have a clear idea of what you are doing at all times. If you have trouble working in an environment with a high degree of uncertainty, little recognition, and the people evaluating your performance will have little experience with how you work.

      Pros

      DCN is developing quickly with new branches of services which is exciting. Still the industry leader in POC diagnostics. My colleagues are the best in their field.

      Cons

      Some growing pains, but that's expected with this type of expansion. Could use more communication from top managers.

You and your colleagues are a key part of ensuring that DCN remains a leader in POC diagnostics. For that, I'm grateful. I'm also glad that you acknowledged not only DCN Dx's recent growth, but that we've struggled to find our footing in certain areas. In 2022, we are working with our leadership team to develop more robust communication skills company-wide. As I'm sure you're aware, it's one of the biggest challenges any company faces when scaling up. I'm pleased with the plan we've developed, and I'm excited to see the positive changes it brings. We are implementing ways to listen better, increase transparency, and create a work environment that you can be proud of and recommend.

      Low stress, big break room and solid sized company with no office politics.

      Pay was not the best
