Pros
Fully remote since the pandemic
Cons
Low pay, you could work there for years without a pay bump, no annual performance evals (if you’re regular) or opportunities to discuss a pay bump, questionable politics, rampant favoritism/nepotism, has no problem working with shady/toxic clients, management can often be petty
From HR to Supervisors, they were very caring to us interns from free food and snacks to transportation. They gave us real life opportunities and relevant tasks that we need to survive in the industry.
Cons
Some of the tasks were repetitive and watered down. Limited expression and space for interns to express their creativity. Internship is also not paid.
