In recent years, we have made consistent progress when it comes to our creative work on some of India’s best-known brands. Our recent historic win as the only Indian agency to take home the APAC Agency of the Year title at Spikes Asia and other accolades are testament to our efforts. More importantly though, is the trust we see clients and our people placing in us to create work that is unexpected yet works for their business and careers. Your feedback on being a hierarchical organization is noted. Despite our best attempts, we don’t always get this right but are putting in concerted efforts to create a flat organization where transparency and a free flow of information are deeply embedded. Some of these initiatives include regular AMAs with our CEO & MD, Aditya Kanthy, where employees have a safe space to make themselves heard. We also conduct 360-degree feedback for leaders and managers and have a mechanism where people can choose a project of their choice based on their passions.
