Pros
Fantastic coworkers, manageable work/life balance, great management, on-site cafeteria with great food, it feels like a place where you can develop a career and stay comfortably in the long run. When I worked there they gave me housing and an e-bike to get to and from work with, and set me up with projects where I felt like part of the team even though I was an intern, it was a pleasure to work with them and I feel like I got a lot from my experience.
This is the only place I’ve worked so far where I could go to lunch and be comfortable sitting at the same table as someone from management to eat and chat casually. Everyone was very kind and outgoing from my experience.
Cons
As I was only an intern, take my review with a grain of salt but I didn’t actually have any negative experience (besides maybe pay but that’s to be expected as I was an intern). My coworkers were great, management was great, collaboration felt smooth, and I would absolutely work there again if it were any closer by to where I’m from
