No empathy for staff, expected to make your job your life while paying peanuts - Admin Clerk DEKRA Employee Review

-No overtime pay yet expected to work overtime when needed. -They change and ammend contracts and if you don't sign you'll have to leave. -They give each staff member R100 sometimes R150 for Christmas parties/end year functions which you need to organize on your own time not during work hours. -They make you work more than 45hrs p/w with no lunch hour, you are expected to eat whenever you get chance and if you don't get chance you'll starve.
