      Pros

      Hard working team based environment. Plenty of over time available most of the year.

      Cons

      Just like with any full time job, not a lot of time left for family. Full time positions for 1st shift are only available after 5 years of work. So I'm stuck in a dead end position.

      Challenging work Great people Stable

      Cons

      Top management consists mostly of workaholics and expect the same from lower level colleagues. Too many expectations and too lean of a workforce frequently leads to burn out at all levels within the organization. Pay, bonus and healthcare are mediocre.
