      - Flexible time, no need to time in or time out. - As long as you finish you're work on or before deadline it's good with them.

      Cons

      - Salary's not that great, no increase even I've been working freelance with contract renewal for almost 4 years. - You don't have a lot of benefits because you're a freelancer.
