      Pros

      They use Macs, so that was a plus.

      Cons

      The environment at Deny was dysfunctional and unhealthy - common to have someone leaving a staff meeting crying. The management had a toxic leadership style, an unhealthy expectation of work versus life (all work, no breaks allowed, no overtime paid, no regular hours honored), and goals/KPIs/projects were constantly changing. The turnover was, expectedly, high. It took my nervous system months to regain balance after leaving.

      Pros

      In the engineering department there is a lot of collaboration and it is pretty close knit.

      Cons

      The engineering team is somewhat small.

      Pros

      -Some very interesting people working there. -Depending on your department, you can learn a lot. -Hands off management with a lot of trust -Employee discount -Day off on your birthday (if it falls during the work week)

      Cons

      -Intense favoritism -Owner has a HUGE ego and will take credit for your successes. Only out for himself. -Made to feel guilty about taking your lunch and if you don't work late every night. -Told you will be rewarded for giving it 100% but never true. -Management thinks it can make up for treating their employees like dirt by buying them things (pizza, cupcakes, ski trip) -Vapid
