      Pros

      Good coworkers who are easy to work with.

      Cons

      Pay is well below market rates and raises are below inflation, which means you basically get a pay cut. There is little job security because they like to use 6-month contracts and get rid of people at the end. I'd say it's a fine job to take while you search for something better.

      Lots of individuals that make up many teams from design, copy, motion, production artists, and even full-time strategists.

      Cons

      I left right before a big merge, so I can't speak to how it is after the merge. This review may be outdated.

      Access to good projects for global brands, intermittently.

      Cons

      6 rounds of layoffs in 6 years Inconsistent system to share best practices with the creative team Standards for quality of craft and delivery has severely declined
