The products are amazing and genuinely effective, DERMAdoctor built its reputation on high-quality, science-backed skincare that delivers results. Many long-term employees were passionate about the brand and its mission, creating a positive and knowledgeable team environment.

Cons

Since the acquisition, the business model has shifted away from its skincare expertise toward a focus on selling primarily through Amazon. The new management team doesn’t have strong skincare experience, and communication has become fragmented, leading to more siloed operations. The strategic direction feels unclear, and many employees are uncertain about priorities and future plans.
