      My supervisor and program manager were supportive and great communicators. There were several opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      The work can feel like you're not making much progress because of the challenges the clients are facing. Some part-time staff were unprofessional and did not seem to care about our clients.

      Pay and benefits are great, a lot of pto.

      Cons

      Not a great company for POC in leadership roles. You will also receive very little support from higher ups, and must manage heavy emotionally taxing days with KPIS.
