Pros
I have been privileged in my career to have worked with incredibly talented and gifted people from developers to industry Experts and Fortune Principals. I can say without reservation that the Management skill and vision at Devnet will soon bend the industry in ways that will redefine the standard and reset the bar. Devnet products will outflank, outperform and expand capabilities far beyond which any competing product or suite of products can hope to even envision, much less compete. The atmosphere is dynamic, fun, friendly and highly collaborative. The Owners are absolutely family oriented, kind and generous to a fault. I have been in environments that range from Toxic to Tropical and the Devnet working environment and business philosophy is honest, simple and refined in a Midwestern work-ethic that can only result in superiority at all levels. Anyone that has posted a rating below superior needs to re-evaluate their personal motivations for do so. Until a person has had to make a payroll, ensure the well-being of employees, comply with inane governmental mandates and abstract all of the pressures of keeping that business moving upwards and outward, I feel they should continue drinking the "half-empty" glass of water they are holding, Only to find the "empty" portion at their next destination again. The "water" portion belongs to the invested mind. If I had to describe this company, products and staffing, I would describe it as "Redefining and commanding an entire Industry to greatness!"
Cons
Again, when comparing the environments of prior employment, I cannot find fault. At times, the environment is charged and energetic; ebbing and flowing through cycles of necessarily tedious work and enthusiastic, punctuated growth in product capability. it is not just the nature of the company and business products where details mater. The company culture incubates and cultivates the attitude that details are essential to the delivery and the standards met by the company as a whole, and not just a "sterile" demand of the managing staff. As an employee, I see the higher standard stimulating growth and development through support, vision and engaged concern of managing staff.
