Pros
I got to travel! I won a contest and went to Vegas for a conference. We took an extra day and visited the Grand Canyon.
Every day I seemed to learn something new. My team members and mentor would help critique me on public speaking, on my sales meetings, and even when I was coaching others, and had to have not fun conversations.
Cons
Bathroom is on the second floor. Building locks and you need a key card to get in, which gets annoying.
It's also a competitive environment. Not a place for someone if they don't want to learn or improve themselves regularly.
