I want to be transparent about my experience with DG3, as these opportunities made me reflect and write this review. Working onboard is naturally tough—long hours, high expectations, and constant multitasking. That part is normal. What made it especially challenging was the lack of consistent support from some shoreside managers. At times, it felt like you had to document everything screenshots, emails, chat logs—because mistakes or misunderstandings could easily be turned against you.
The workload can be overwhelming compared to the salary offered. You’re hired for basic duties, but once onboard you often end up handling all the printers, troubleshooting machines, lifting heavy boxes, and even spending your own money just to get the help you need. Learning the machines is rewarding, especially when you figure things out through manuals and experience, but the pressure from shoreside—especially when they get frustrated easily makes the job unnecessarily stressful.
What concerned me most was job security. If you currently have a stable job or can find opportunities elsewhere, I honestly think it might be better for you. Many of us experienced anxiety and stress from the lack of support and the inconsistent treatment. We worked hard and did our jobs, but still ended up feeling disposable.
