DI Labs is an incredible place to work! The culture at is very refreshing and fun. It's a fast pace environment with a tremendous amount of learning and growth opportunities for everyone who wants to learn and grow. It's a family owned business and ran as such. On top of the amazing culture, Senior management genuinely cares about the wellbeing and happiness of it's employees and truly appreciates us. They show this appreciation and care in many ways, one of which having benefits that top even most large companies. The combination of the culture, opportunities and appreciation, makes DI Labs an incredibly rewarding and fun place to work, and personally my favorite place to work. I see myself working here for the next 30 something years to my retirement.
