WFH two days a week but you cannot choose which days which is not listed in the company WFH policy

The first week I started I should have left due to our disorganised the company was . There are no training guides or documentation and this company has been around for 5 years so there is no excuse for this Management do not listen and most do not have any experience or knowledge of the industry HIGH turnover. I started back in September and left in May. During this time more than 16 people left with 3 of these within their first three months No process set up to help manage customer expectations and delivery issues. Due to this I chose not to order through DIY for my own flat even though I had access to a discount I was burnt out within 3 months due to mismanagement and I have worked in customer service for 20 years. The head of OCE would not listen when I repeatedly raised issues and told me I was negative and not displaying company value. This company does not offer a safe environment to speak up Management including company owners are given awards when their teams have done the work Social and cultural club is a joke and is clearly set up to tick a box rather than do anything meaningful
