Pros

The team / other employees in the office make it a lovely place to work

Cons

High pressure to get tasks completed within a time frame with minimal to complete. Clients are unaware of the pressures faced which creates a higher demand for workload to be complete on time as to not let them know there is issues within the business. They have been allowed by higher ups to expect more than we can provide and as a result staff get ridiculed for mistakes that are actually not their fault. The pay is average at best. 0 progression. What is expected of staff cannot be done within the hours of the work week.
