      1)This is a best pace to work because in this company anyone can share there ideas and creativity , one king cannot defeat the world but 50 kings with 50 Ideas will definitely conquer the entire world and in this company everyone is king because he or she can share their valuable ideas .

      Cons

      Working from more than 2 years didn't got any cons , trying to find that .

      I am working in DLB Infotch for more than 2 years. Working here is always a fun for me. 1. Flexible timings, Stress free environment. At the end of the day you have to finish your task. 2. Table Tennis, Cricket, Badminton, Volleyball, Celebrate bday with lots of fun, Good compensation, Friendly peoples and management. 3. Various in-house projects run by the management for the employees to pace with the cutting edge technologies. 4. Scope to explore new technologies

      * Not as such, everything is cool.. * Cafeteria facilities not available ..

      Pros

      The CEO or Director of the company is a very nice person. I learned a lot from the DLB Infotech.

      Cons

      The Employee work is totally different as mentioned in the appointment letter. You will be confused about your role in the organization.
