The management here is a complete joke. The HR is actually the manager’s wife, and both of them run the company like it’s their family drama. No professionalism, no respect for employees, and definitely no proper salary structure. When you resign, they’ll suddenly turn into saints promising to settle your salary later, only to cut two days’ pay without any explanation. Forget about learning anything useful here — this company is where skills and career growth come to die. The manager walks around with an oversized ego, thinking he’s some kind of king. The office politics are next-level toxic, and you’ll be mentally exhausted every single day. Not a single good thing to say about this place. If you value your time, peace of mind, and career, do yourself a huge favor and stay as far away from this company as possible.
