Pros
They have the best job training programs, leaning how the banking system works and how as a Partner in finance can get the best for our Vendors and customers. Excellent leadership and Human Resource department. Also they give incentive bonuses to all their employees each year. Health Benefits are the best as well
Cons
Allowing their Employee's to be themselves and understanding some of their needs before it gets to the point where there is blatant favoritism. if's like a family business at time and some do not feel like part of the family of DLL
