      Pros

      Trying very hard to think of one but I honestly can’t. I lasted a month before I literally walked out, like I was escaping a cult.

      Cons

      Not sure what this cult is supposed to be. They follow these really corny books and have book review meetings. Zero, and I mean zero, leadership. I have 25 yrs running multi-million dollar operations and this was presented to me as one. It’s not. It’s a very small player with illusions of grandeur. Turn over is huge - that gives a hint.

      Pros

      In my first month I have never felt more included with a group of people like I have here. The chemistry that the groups/divisions have with each other is very affectious. Everyone that I met wanted to help me succeed and offered their help even whenever I needed it.

      Cons

      It was hard to keep up with all the divisions and people during the first week. This was because I was new and not so much a con.

      Pros

      I love this company! My supervisor is the ABSOLUTE BEST and I amazing coworkers. The culture is great and is considerably different than the federal government, where I spent the majority of my career. I am looking forward to continuing to grow my career with this company.

      Cons

      I have no cons at all. My first 30 days have been amazing.
