Ok but not great - Sales Engineer DMG Employee Review

Great work environment, people there are very nice, training is good,

Not competitive enough in compensation, long hours.

DMG provides great training for those who are new to the HVAC industry, good base pay, plus overtime, plus quarterly bonuses (not applicable to all positions), and a good amount of PTO. They offer a great benefit package to their employees, as well as fun perks like weekly breakfast, in-house massages, holiday parties, and food trucks. The team members are great people who are always willing to help you learn and answer any questions you might have. Management is supportive, they understand the needs of the inside sales team and how to properly provide direction while not micro-managing. I absolutely enjoyed my experience at DMG Corp and would certainly recommend to anybody interested in HVAC.

Some days/weeks/seasons can get busier than others and some salesmen can be very demanding. Contractors can sometimes be rude over the phone and extremely demanding. As long as you set boundaries you will be fine.
