Pros

you can get series 7 and 63 will hire anyone who is willing to work for them

Cons

the firm is run by jim guntle (james r guntle). please do your research on this man. he used to work at F.N. Wolf & Co. as well as First Jersey Securities. everything. cold call from 8am-8pm. this is the type of broker that uses very pushy sales tactics to sell questionable stocks at absurd commissions. avoid this place like the plague. i would strongly discourage anyone from working here or investing money with them. no base salary, pure commissions. pay your own licensing and exam fees, pay for your business cards. you are given some photocopied series 7 study materials and from then on, you are essentially on your own no one with a conscience will work here for long.

Pros

The sponsored me for my series 7 & 63 licenses.

Cons

Everything else. High pressure sales tactics implemented through cold calling non stop daily. Commissions were way to high. Did not have the clients' interest at heart. Virtually no training program. No salary. 100% commission from day 1. Management was not credible or trustworthy.
