Only reason I wanted to stay was the pay and hours.
Cons
"Training period" is really a probationary period of 30 days with less pay doing the same thing you would be doing when youre out of "training". Unrealistic expectations for employees. Unprofessional management. Tried to break labor laws by with holding last wages upon separation of employment and fellow ex co worker was a victim to this exact situation.
