Fellow employees - there are some fantastic people working at the bank
•Fair benefits - HR worked hard to give us the best possible insurance benefits without raising the rates too much
•Company made a donation of 3% to employees 401K
•DNB Cares Committee - a committee that meets on a monthly basis to brainstorm on company moral boosters.
Cons
•Atmosphere - employees do not feel happy about coming to work as their every move is scrutinized.
••Company seems to squander money on everything BUT salaries for the employees.
•Employees were “strongly encouraged” to donate funds to political campaign funds (all Republican of course since one of the upper management serves on the Chester County Republican Committee. Letters that were sent to the employees stated that they were bi-partisan donations). Employees were even given the amount of the “donation” that they were to give – anywhere from $50 to several hundred. These “donations” were then taken into consideration during employee reviews. So WRONG!
•Employees were going into their 4th year without cost of living increases.
