The reimbursement policy that was in place at the time was an old policy and I'm happy to report that within a short time frame of you bringing this issue to management's attention, this policy was revised. We were in the beginning stages of issuing company vehicles to service technicians when you left and unfortunately did not roll out this program prior to you leaving.
