      Pros

      One of bigger companies in Brazilian offshore industry, with many opportunities and very good values. The salary is far and they always seek for improvements.

      Cons

      The Management System is overwhelmed. After many updates and changes over past years, is impossible to handle it properly. Workers struggle to use it as best as possible, but the load is only increasing and the result is far from ideal.

      Pros

      Kept most employees working for the first quarter of 2016, then dropped off to keep managers working. Benefits seem a bit better than most companies out there.

      Cons

      When looking for rotations and work assignments, office personnel don't answer emails or phone calls. At least one employee didn't know he was laid off until he tried to check his email account and it was locked out.
