      Pros

      Competitive salary, Fixed working hours, young average, open space for self-initiated progress in own field. Young colleagues, small headquarters team. Young CEO, stable, fast-growing company.

      Cons

      High management of the company is insufficiently educated and does not take regular, healthy initiatives. Contracts are all short-term, very small amount of employees can use basic English language.
