Career stunting environment - Executive DOMU Brands Employee Review

Beware that working for this company will seriously stunt all career growth. There are no opportunities for development/promotions and you will remain at the same level for as many years as you choose to stay. The only option people have is to leave if they want any sort of future. They have an 'everyone is replaceable' mentality and do not care to make sure employees are happy or fulfilled in their roles. I could only recommend it as a stepping-stone job if you are desperate but would advise to avoid all together If you value your career.
