Pros

Phenomenal co-workers. People around truly care about you and the job at hand. (with the exception of the owner)

Cons

Horrible and toxic owner. I personally witnessed him spaz out on someone so bad he told them to go die. People are constantly walking on eggshells around him. He has zero compassion for employees. They let people go with zero notice when they need to close down a department for their own benefit. Your mental health will go down the tubes working for this man. Steer clear.

My experience at DON Services was defined by a hostile and abusive environment. The CEO, Stephen Cardella, frequently used physical intimidation—including hitting desks with yardsticks—while belittling staff. Sexual harassment was a recurring issue that created an unsafe atmosphere for employees. Management showed zero appreciation for staff dedication. I was frequently forced to work outside my job description and out of the office during my standard hours. When the workload became impossible due to these extra demands, I was given an ultimatum: quit and keep my PTO, or be fired. I chose to be fired because I refused to take the fall for their poor management. The leadership views employees as "disposable lampshades" (a direct quote from previous owner, Chris Lloyd made in 2019).
