Pros
Great place to gain experience, work with some good people and excel in your career. Lots of opportunities to learn new things on your own. Benefits are better than average with Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and reasonable PTO and possibility to work from home.
Cons
Management doesn't seem invested in your success. Majority of the people seem happy and content, but that's about it. Management seems to be lost and not too sure about how to move forward with top executives spreading false hope. Too many heads bud with each other and they can't seem to make up their mind or move forward as a team. While there are some attempts to improve the overall company, management doesn't seem to care too much about their employees, or even wanted to see them succeed. Some old timer's have way too big egos. It puts you in a position where you can't really see yourself working here for too long. Each department seems to make their own rules about how benefits can be used, such as PTO, with some rules being made up on the spot and going against company rules.
