Overworked, stagnant position - Case Manager DPCS Employee Review

Heavily focused on titles and positions, making entry-level staff feel inferior. Not much room for promotions unless you're a favorite, usually not merit-based (hard workers are ignored but overworked). You may actually be told to LOWER your work ethic and expectations of others when sharing the same job expectations. Poor work/life balance.
