The other reviews claiming the company runs on free labor are correct. The turnover rate is incredible and management is all over the place. They use their old work with Nike as a crutch to maintain artistic credibility and don’t focus on developing or maintaining employees.

Almost all managers are male and if you're a woman quite often you might feel like your opinion doesn't matter that much or you're being talked to in a different, minimizing you as a professional, way 2. If you don't know something they will make it clear that you must learn it NOW and on your own 3. You will be blamed for your mistakes 4. Human resources they have are not enough for the workload 5. You will be overworked 6. If you say no to some extra job they want you to take/learn, management will feel threaten by you and will change their attitude to you completely. 7. You won't feel appreciated 8. If you feel like you deserve a promotion and you want to talk about it, they will make you work yourself to death before you even get it (if you get it)
