We would like to clarify that in last 7 years, we have never "thrown out" any employee whether it being a trainee or a senior management. We have a proper process in which we review the performance of a trainee and DPFOC would be one of those companies which actually believes in training and grooming employees rather than just asking them to work on a set platform.
Every trainee goes through the same process and if there are any shortcomings, HODs or the Account Managers let them know the same in a constructive manner. If the problem is not resolved at that level, HR and Senior Management assess the situation. Whatever may be the outcome of this assessment, it is properly communicated to the employee and a chance is given to the employee for explanation. If Management thinks that there is a scope of improvement, another chance is given.
