Unprofessional - Anonymous employee DRB Capital Employee Review

The higher end management are highly unprofessional and rude. i encountered about 4 different situations with four different executive managers and directors that were highly rude and unprofessional. Using swears words and profanity seem to be allowed and welcomed. Where i sat in the pre-settlement department i could hear the Asian technician cursing and swearing all the way from my seat. I've never worked in a place where this is allowed.
