Above average salary. Ample chance of smartworking. A lot of courses for hard skills (both IT skills and spoken languages skill, since we work in an international environment), and certifications financing.

So far, I've seen no soft skills courses (not that I'm complaining, abundance of courses otherwise); as far as I could see, small chances to change client of project.
