Heavy loads - Forklift Operator DSC Employee Review

Starting as a roof operator I helped implement new systems that aid in our training for that position. Once I was able to excell at that position it simultaneously allowed me to learn the downstairs helper position. Once promoted to the current helper position I was able to standout because I came in with a great attitude, I was coachable, but most importantly I listened. Finally a company that feels like a family.

I wish I got paid more for working harder, not working more hours. 😒
