      Organisation with good brand value However currently it has lost all its historical brand value due to unorganized structure and loosing valuable resources

      Cons

      It need to rethink and stop coping the reasearch from websites.

      You get hired for one thing and then they ask you to do something else. Marketing managers are not sales representatives.
