They are really good at giving money away.
Cons
The UK operation (save for Bristol) has a complete lack of integrity and professionalism. If their mouths are moving they are lying! The COO could not organize a kids' b-day party let alone run a company. Customers are unhappy, employees are miserable, and yet the execs are getting paid loads.
