Good team, Very hands off

No real cons, not a huge fan of the health insurance but it's about average compared with similar companies.

The owner of this company is Dave H. Needs to empower and trust his managers. Wants to do everything himself and make every decision on his own. Puts his managers and employees in terrible positions. Wonder why he goes through managers so fast? Doesn't provide any kind of support or leadership. Steps on everyone's toes as though it's expected. Cannot compete in the current market and doesn't understand modern technology or thinking. This is not a place to stay or grow. Treats women and non-military personnel badly. There is clear bias here and it's a joke and open secret. What was once an up and coming company is now a dinosaur.
